Such as Google Pagerank and Technorati, Alexa Rank is one of blog’s/website’s popularity measurement. Therefore, if you want to monetizing your blog/website, you must consider the Alexa Rank of your blog/website. Because, some advertising companies considering Alexa Rank to determine ‘price’ of your blog/website.

This time, I’d like to share a few tips so Alexa Rank of our blogs can improved. I have do it to mine, its clearly evident. So, if you like, please follow

1. Place the Alexa Toolbar and Make Our Blog as Default Homepage

Alexa Toolbar is a small toolbar that will patch on our browser. Every time we use the browser to open our blog/website, Alexa toolbar will record it as a visit. So, if we make our blog/website as default homepage, each time we open the browser, Alexa thinking that our blog/website are get a visit. More often this happens, off course Alexa records that our blog/website more popular

2. Place the Alexa Widget on our blog/website

Alexa Widget is a small banner that links our blog/website to Alexa rating system. This widget displays the real Alexa rank of our blog/website at that time. It works same like Alexa toolbar, each time our blog/website accessed, the widget will send the signal to Alexa. If our blog/website are still ranked in millions, do not be ashamed to install it. 3. Write and Post about Alexa

Yeah, I do it right now! If you too lazy to create any post, just copy-paste from here. I allow it, BUT… do not forget to give a link/backlink to this blog!

4. Increase Your Blog’s Visitors

Promote your blog/website as good as possible. Like do blog-walking, create a post frequently, ect. But never SPAMing. Because it’s very clear, more people visiting our blog/website, the blog/website will be more popular.
